REGISTRATION
Step 1
To register your school for ISRMUN, please fill out this Google Form. The form enables you to specify the number of delegate spots your school requires and indicate your students' preferred committees for debate.

Please note that some committees are designated for specific grade levels. A detailed list of committees and topics is available for your reference.

Step 2
Once your school completes the registration process, the advisor will receive a payment invoice from administracion@sanroberto.edu.mx with the subject line “Estado de Cuenta.” Attached to this email is a PDF containing your school’s unique bank details, including the account number.

Payment Options:
1. Bank Payment: You may pay the fee at any Banorte or Afirme location. Please bring a printed copy of the attached PDF to complete the payment.
2. Payment Through AmericaAsia: Schools outside Monterrey that opt for the tourism package or transportation-only package through AmericaAsia can complete their payment directly with the travel partner. The ISRMUN simulation fee is included in these packages, providing a convenient option for schools travelling from other cities.

Prices for this year's simulation are as listed below:

Early Registration: 1,000 MXN pesos per delegate / 50 USD per delegate (April 27th– June 30th, 2026)

Regular Registration: 1,100 MXN pesos per delegate / 60 USD per delegate (July 1st – September 30th, 2026)

Late Registration: 1,250 MXN pesos per delegate / 75 USD per delegate (October 2026) – subject to availability
Payment Deadline: The final day to submit payment is Wednesday, October 7th, 2026.
Please note: Spots will be assigned only after payment has been received. Early payment is encouraged to secure your school's participation.

Can I change my registration information after I submit the Google Form?
Yes. You may change your registration information after you complete the Google Form. Nearly all groups fluctuate in size after their registration. You are welcome to change registration information as needed until Wednesday, October 7th, 2026.
How do I know my submission has been accepted?
You will receive a confirmation email detailing your registration and the subsequent steps in the process. Additionally, our Secretariat and advisors will always be available to answer any questions.
Who can I contact to discuss a special accommodation that my school requires?

Can I register as an independent delegate?
Yes. Students in grades 10-12 can register independently. Please use this form to enroll in ISRMUN.
