Fostering equity and inclusion for local humanitarian personnel in international aid efforts

Position Papers:

All delegates debating in OCHA must research and write a position paper about their assigned topic.

All position papers should include a list of sources written in MLA or APA format. Please refer to the position paper writing guide in the "Delegate Resources" section of the website for further information.

All delegates must submit a copy of their position paper by Monday, November 9th, 2026, at 8:00 pm CT to be eligible for an award.

Note: OCHA is a committee for middle school students in grades 6-8.
