Topic: Chinese Civil War (1927-1949) 

Participants are not required to submit a written document in advance of the conference. Instead, participants are strongly encouraged to engage in thorough research concerning the potential subjects outlined in the background paper, as well as their designated country and its corresponding role within the Joint War Committee.

Note: The JWC is a high school specialized committee for students in grades 9-12.
