Case: The Prosecutor v. Abdul Hakim Haqqani
The ICC is a specialized committee.
Judges participating in the ICC are not required to submit a position paper. Instead, they are expected to carefully review the background guide and conduct independent research on the case, including relevant sections of the Rome Statute.
Note: The ICC is a committee for high school students in grades 9-12.
